Meet Our Founders
Sue Rose
With over 25 years of experience in the health and social care industry, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She holds NVQs at levels 3, 5, and 7 and is a certified registered manager with community care organisations and residential care facilities. Sue is passionate about delivering high-quality care, always respecting the decisions and preferences of each client. Her commitment extends to building strong, positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
Mathias Ndamutsa
Mathias is dedicated to delivering excellence and ensuring that services consistently meet the highest standards. He leads a team focused on providing professional, evidence-based care to improve clients’ outcomes. With extensive experience in setting up businesses and establishing quality monitoring systems, Mathias is committed to ensuring the delivery of professional services to every customer. He holds qualifications in health and social care management (levels 3 and 5) as well as a BA in International Relations and Development Studies. Mathias collaborates closely with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes, always in a timely manner.
